This is no April Fool, we are planning on starting the Thursday Club Night club runs again from Thursday 1st April.
As formal organised outdoor running can begin again from 29th March according to the Covid-19 Roadmap. we will plan to begin Thursday nights groups runs again and we will be taking every precaution and following all Government recommendations to ensure everyone is safe.

Following Government advice, all club sessions including circuits and Plympton were cancelled from Wednesday 18th March.
Following English Athletics advice we are now able to trial limited groups (maximum groups of 12 which includes the leader) on Thursday nights. The people in each group will be the first 11 who state an interest on Facebook in running in the particular timed group, so please do not delay in confirming your interest as the club need to plan the groups carefully.
Social distancing will also be maintained while running.
Please note that the club house will be closed so there will be no toilets available and any possessions must be kept in your cars.
We will be meeting at the earlier time of 6:30pm rather than 7pm
